Submitting loan applications through Oracle Home Loans is a simple process.

The first step is to get accredited. The reason for this is to make sure we are dealing with a registered/licenced Mortgage Broker and we know who your credit representatives are. The details you need to provide should already be at your fingertips and the process takes very little time to complete.

Once you are accredited with Oracle Home Loans you will be given a logon to the Broker section of the website. This provides you with access to the required loan application forms and has a secure area to monitor the loans you have submitted.

Depending on the type of loan your customer requires (Standard, Specialist or Commercial) there are application forms available for you to download and complete. You can then scan in and upload your loan application or post it in. We guarantee to commence assessing your loan within four hours of receipt.

Throughout the assessment process we will keep you informed every step of the way. Our CLASS (Complete Loan Approval Status System) will push messages to you on loan receipt/valuation ordered, Valuation received, Formal Approval, Settlement Booked and Settlement completed so you know exactly what is happening.
